Holy Mother of Dragons! We are honored to serve you up a pop up dinner inspired by the ever popular book and TV series, A Game of Thrones. Our noble Chefs, Amanda, Bianca, and Nate have joined forces to bring you a modernized medieval feast fit for a king (or queen!). Each tantalizing course will carry you on a cheese filled journey across the seven kingdoms and over the narrow sea. A little about our kitchen team:
Chef & Kitchen Manager - Amanda Berrill - After completing culinary school at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC Chef Amanda worked as a line cook at Danny Meyer's Gramercy Tavern in New York.
Chef Nate Gibson - who also resides as a line cook at our neighbors restaurant Juniper and Ivy. Nate was the Executive Sous Chef at Steel & Rye in Milton, MA. and has cooked for the James Beard House.
Pastry Chef & Cheesemonger Bianca Trejo - graduated culinary school at AI located here in San Diego worked at Jack's La Jolla and Michele Coulon Dessertier. She has worked as a cheesemonger for 8 years.
