Join us for our first Summer inspired Pop-Up Dinner on the 26th of June. We will close our doors and usher in some lucky guests for A Midsummer Night's Cheese in Little Italy. In every course you will find the secret ingredient, cheese! Our talented staff is collaborating on a cheese filled menu lead by our new Kitchen Manager and Chef Amanda Berrill.
After completing culinary school at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC Chef Amanda worked as a line cook at Danny Meyer's Gramercy Tavern in New York. Collaborating with Chef Amanda this evening is our incredible line cook Nate Gibson who also resides as a line cook at our neighbors restaurant Juniper and Ivy. Nate was the Executive Sous Chef at Steel & Rye in Milton, MA. and has cooked for the James Beard House. Our Pastry Chef and Cheesemonger Bianca Trejo is on desserts this evening! Chef Bianca graduated culinary school at AI here in San Diego worked at Jack's La Jolla and Michele Coulon Dessertier. She has worked as a cheesemonger for 8 years.
