Tristan Holmes is a chef full of flavor. He has a flair to bringing ingredients to life for your senses. His unique vision of Asian, Mediterranean and American Progression fusion combined with classical techniques guarantees a spectacular dining experience. Educated at the The Art Institute of California, San Diego’s Culinary Arts Program, he has worked for such notable establishments as Kettner Exchange, Blue Bohème, Big City Chefs, Eclipse Chocolate and Empire House. Now the Chef de Cuisine of Indulchi he has created custom menus and dinner experiences for Hollywood’s rich and famous, professional athletes and numerous non-profits.
He follows a strict motto “We don’t just offer you good food and wine, we offer an experience of culinary innovation that will take you on a journey through the minds of our chefs. Our passion for food allows us to create a cuisine that will take your palate and senses to new heights. Our dinners represent the celebration of life, food and indulgence.
