We will close our doors and usher in some lucky guests for a private cheese filled French inspired dinner, "Bonjour Little Italy".  Our guest Chef Amy Finley, a San Diego cook, food writer, who was the winner of the third season of The Next Food Network Star, will cook up some French Cuisine. Amy graduated from the École Gregoire-Ferrandi in Paris in 2001 and worked briefly at the influential Rose Bakery in 2003. You will also learn a thing or two about the cheeses that have been carefully selected and featured in every course.
